SPEAKER_00Aloha everybody. Welcome to Your Heart Magic. This is Dr. Bethane Kapansky Wright. And today we have an Akashic Energy update where we are going to be looking at what the Akashic Records have to say about the energy right now. We will also talk about our mental health, finding some perspective on that wisdom. I think it's so important to take the spiritual and really ground it down and look at how we might apply this to our day-to-day lives, or what might we take from this that helps move us further into our well-being. And then I have some creative prompts, some journaling ideas or art journaling ideas that might feel helpful for rounding out the message. The Akashic Record said that the energy of this week is preparation and looking ahead. And it was a thawing ground where it wasn't quite spring yet, but it was no longer winter. And I saw her envisioning what she needs to do in order to get in there and start to prepare the soil when it thaws, and envisioning where her garden was going to go and what seeds would need to be planted, looking out and surveying the land and getting a sense of a mental to-do list and starting to make plans for the seasonal shift. And there might be some of you listening to this podcast that actually relate to the literal meaning in that message, but this was metaphorical when it came through in the Akashic, and it was just an illustration of the kind of preparation that the Akashic was talking about this week. This is not a preparation where we need to prepare everything all at once and figure out what's my grand plan for the rest of 2026. It's more a sense of preparatory energy and looking ahead a little bit, thinking about where you're at as we go through the second half of March and close it out and where things might be going in April. So this is more of a mini preparation and not so much a macro one, but the energy this week is definitely a little bit future focused. And what might we need to do in the present in order to plant the seeds or till the soil or prepare ourselves for whatever is to come over the next month or so in 2026? So it feels like a week where there might be inspiration, making plans, possibly planting seeds. You might feel moved to act in a new way or to take a step or to ground something that you've only been thinking about, and you are ready to take that next action step that helps you move forward with your plans, whatever those might be. And there's not a specific for how this might come through. This could be in so many ways, depending on where we are at in our individual journey. So it could cover anything from personal goals to something professionally, something that might be a home project, something that might be travel plans. It could be self-work and learning something new or moving deeper into your personal journey, your personal work, something that you are doing right now creatively or spiritually, or through your inner work in your inner world. So this could come through in many ways, but it is a good week to start to look at what steps we need to take. And again, it feels like there might be supportive energy and inspiration that helps us be able to take that step and helps us be able to move our energy forward. As I'm saying that, I'm reminded that it is Aries season and Aries is that real fire energy. The astrological new year is starting this week. And when we go into the astrological new year and we start off with Aries, there is that ignition, that spark, that sense of movement. I also know Mercury is coming out of retrograde. I think by the time this podcast drops, it will have come out of retrograde. And that is going to free up a lot of energy. So there's a lot happening cosmically and astrologically that also supports this idea of feeling inspired to take action steps and feeling inspired to create and to come up with a plan. Again, the Akashic records were very specific. This does not have to be all comprehensive. Do not stress yourself out if you hear the word preparation and you feel like you're behind on something in your life. This is not meant to be a warning message. It's not meant to be something that's a checklist or that makes you feel like you haven't done the things that you need to do. It's more the idea when I bring these messages through that the energy right now for any kind of plans you feel inspired to make is supported. And you could very likely organically find yourself working with that in a natural way where you don't have to force it, or if you put in just a little bit of applied effort, you find that you yield big expansive results. There may also be a lightning that comes with this week, a lightening of the energy, a lightening of things, feeling like they are lifting a little bit. The Akashic said there would be a renewal of hope and a fresh burst of energy coming through. And again, that feels like it's going to happen really organically. It doesn't necessarily feel like something that we have to work really hard for more. This just is going to be. And the energy is going to support that. And if it comes through in a way for you, that's just a few trickles of this. And that is likely going to build as we move into next month. But for now, we are here and we are in that energy of making plans and preparation. The Akashic also said this is an excellent time to assess where the year has brought you, what's already happened, what has come to pass so far. And again, think about where would you like to go over the next month or so? With Equinox coming up this week, it's a natural time to look at the first quarter of the week, perhaps reflect back to winter solstice or summer solstice if you're in the southern hemisphere, and think about what has developed for you over the last quarter, what kinds of themes have happened in your life, what circumstances have changed, what kinds of shifts or other movement have you seen or maybe not seen, depending on where you're at. There's no right or wrong when we do this self-assessment. We're just compassionately evaluating where we're out on the path and what's happened so far, maybe what hasn't happened. And then really thinking about where do I want to keep going, where do I want to aim my energy? What do I want to keep setting my heart compass to this year? And what individual goals or dreams or action steps or tangible practical steps might I need to take in life at this time? One other thing the Akashic mentioned is that it might be a time for quiet goodbyes right now. And that's how the phraseology came through. It wasn't a goodbye, it was a quiet goodbye, a quiet acknowledgement of what has come to pass that no longer serves you, or something that's perhaps run its core, something that you've let go of. It feels like as a whole, many of us might not be in the middle of letting go of something where we're kind of kicking and screaming and making a fuss about it, but more like we have done quite a bit of release work. And that release work has really been building from winter solstice or summer solstice, depending on where you are in the world. But that whatever this is has been building for a while, and the letting go has been happening in all sorts of degrees and shades and doing release work and all the things that help us let go. And so more of a sense of a quiet acknowledgement of what we have released, what we said goodbye to, maybe what we are finally feeling empowered to step away from, and that there's not a lot of drama necessarily attached, but that it's more this empowered, quiet acknowledgement of what has come to an end so that we can continue to prepare for the beginning and whatever is coming next and whatever we're building forward from here on out. After I brought this message through, I really thought about how might this apply to us in a way that we could maybe work with some mental health issues, work with our inner self, and what are some of the pain points that maybe we struggle with. This is a very encouraging message. I don't think there's a lot when I first brought it through that really hooks anything or kind of trips people up. It just feels really positive and encouraging to me. But something that I was thinking about is with this idea of assessing where we've been, what's happened, how far we come, where do we want to go. I think that there is still a lot of work that many of us are doing around being hard on ourselves, releasing perfectionism, letting go of expectations. And I think that is where continuing to work with our thoughts and work with how we are cognitively approaching things, our perspective towards things is a growth point for many of us. Because oftentimes people tend to think that they're not as far ahead as they think they should be. We should on ourselves quite often. And I think that for some people, they might say, I'm really pleased with my progress so far this year, and I feel really good about where I'm at. But I think many people probably relate to feeling frustrated or like we might not be as far along as we think we should be, or having to continue to surrender and be patient. Maybe the path isn't shaping up the way you thought it would, and you feel frustrated and you're wondering am I doing something wrong? Am I not empowered? Am I not following through on my guidance? And so I think this is a really good week to work with our thoughts and to think about how we're thinking. And when we find ourselves leaning in and wanting to be hard on ourselves for something in a way that really doesn't serve us, it's not compassionate, encouraging self-talk that encourages us to find our motivation if we're procrastinating. Instead, maybe we're beating ourselves up or forcing expectations on ourselves. I think the invitation here is to really look at how our thoughts might better serve us and to look at shifting into a more trusting space, that you are exactly where you need to be on the path, that you are continuing to work towards your journey with healing and with growth. Everybody grows at their own pace and in their own timing. Everybody is called to trust the process of life and to allow the process to take its course and to allow it to unfold. Every single one of us is living the questions in our heart and having questions about what's next on our life path. And the only way that we find the answers to those is to keep surrendering, to acknowledge that we don't know what we don't know, and to step forward and trust that our questions will be answered through our courage to live. And as the path unfolds, we start to find our answers. We start to find our way, we start to see things come together. We start to feel empowered to set micro goals and to take tiny small steps and to do just the next little piece that moves us forward. So, really looking at perhaps where you might be inclined to be hard on yourself, be a perfectionist, impose expectations that might be unfair, that might be not very supportive to your inner world, that are not very compassionate, and looking at how could you bring a more compassionate voice into that? How could you empower yourself? How could you find more empowering thoughts? And that kind of brings me into journaling prompts because I think that this would be a really good one to write down in your journal what's the story you're telling yourself about where you think you should be. And how could you maybe shift that story into a more compassionate, into a more loving lens. And so I pinged off of this idea of looking at our self-talk this week and use that for some of the creative prompts that I came up with. And these creative prompts would absolutely make excellent journaling prompts. They could also be turned into Oracle card pools and something that you could work with your tarot or Oracle practice on. And for the real creatives out there, there's probably some fun ideas around illustrating these or using art as a way to journal your prompts and somehow draw or illustrate them out. So I wrote down these questions. What has moved you so far this year? If we're being guided to assess where we're at, I was thinking, let's bring some fun and some play to that so it doesn't become a checklist of what we've accomplished and what we feel like we still have yet to do. What's moved you so far this year? What has moved your heart? What's resonated with you? What books or movies or stories or experiences have you had that somehow move something inside of you, that touched your soul or that spoke to you or resonated in a way that brought you to tears in a way that you felt like your heart was going to overflow? That maybe helped you recognize if your heart feels blocked, that maybe spoke to you on a human level or a spiritual level? What has moved you so far this year? What's changed you? How are you different now than you might have been back in January or maybe six months ago, if that's not enough time? How have you changed? What tiny ways maybe are you different? Maybe there's a big change that's happened in your life. But looking at what do you know now that you might not have known a few months ago? You've been living, you've been experiencing, you've been growing, you've been participating in this huge, wonderfully confusing, terribly challenging thing that we call life. What's changed you so far? What's delighted you? What has made you smile or brought you joy or brought you happiness? If you've been struggling with depression or struggling with feeling positive feelings, then maybe bring this to a place of what's brought you maybe a little bit of hope or positivity, what has brought you a spark of inspiration, what has maybe encouraged you? We can always find a way to meet ourselves where we're at, to honor our experience and to work from there. What shocked you? What surprised you? What has been something that you said, wow, I did not see that coming? And maybe looking at how have you worked with that, how have you integrated that? How have you maybe not integrated that? Sometimes if we're shocked or surprised, depending on whether it feels like a good shock and surprise or not, we might have already integrated that. We might just feel like, wow, mind blowing. I can't process this right now. So this is not about judging your process. It's not about judging you. It's just about looking at some experiences we might all relate to and using those as a creative touchstone to reflect on your journey so far this year. I love throwing out the black and white stuff that puts us in that mindset of I've done good with this, I'm not doing good with this. I think there's a time and a place for that kind of self-assessment. And certainly that kind of inventory and self-honesty helps us better evaluate where we feel we might be making progress, where we might be dropping the ball, and we want to learn to inspire and motivate ourselves and do better in our personal journey. But for this creative prompt, I just want to tap into more of the heart of being human and look at themes related to our experience that might speak to us and help bring through answers to these questions in a surprising way. Last, I put down, how do you think you're growing right now? If you could have a conversation with your soul and look at your life from your soul's perspective, what do you think your soul would say about your growth at this time? The soul delights in new experience, it delights in experience, it delights in having a new experience, it delights in growth, it delights in change. From the perspective of our soul, there is often that higher perspective that we can try and tap into. So this week has very good preparation planning energy. It is a great week to look a little bit back on where we've been and where we have come from and where we are now and what we want to create and enact as we move into the second quarter of 2026. And it's a really good week to pay attention to your self-talk and work on giving yourself credit for the things that you feel that you are doing well and finding compassion and a more compassionate frame of mind for areas that you are still working on learning to be more gracious and forgiving with yourself and see how valuable you truly are, especially when we look at that through the eyes of love. With that, have an amazing week, everyone. I will be back next week with a new podcast. And as always, be well, be love, be you, and be magic.
