Let It Settle: An Akashic Energy Update on Integration, Trust & Inner Reorganization
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
There are times in our lives when things feel stirred up—
when thoughts, emotions, insights, and changes all seem to be moving at once.
And then… there are moments like this.
Moments where everything begins to settle.
In this week’s Akashic energy update, we explore a quieter, more subtle phase of growth—one of integration, inner reorganization, and allowing things to gently fall into place.
If you’ve been feeling unclear, in-between, or like things aren’t moving as quickly as you’d like, this episode offers a different perspective:
What if something important is already happening beneath the surface?
In this episode, I share:
✨ The energetic theme of “settling” and how it may be showing up in your life
✨ Why this phase is essential for emotional processing, clarity, and nervous system integration
✨ A grounded mental health perspective on slowing down, reducing pressure, and allowing insight to form naturally
✨ A creative reflection prompt to help you explore what is shifting and rearranging within you
This is not a week for forcing answers or rushing forward.
It’s a space for letting things land.
For trusting the process.
For allowing a new pattern to quietly emerge.
Let the glitter settle.
Let the pieces find their place.
And trust that something meaningful is taking shape within you.
une in next week for a new episode to support and empower your light.

Closing Blessing And Next Week
SPEAKER_00Aloha, everybody. Welcome to Your Heart Magic. This is Dr. Bethane Kapansky Wright. And on the podcast this week, we are going to be looking at what's the current energy, what do the Akashic Records have to say about the energy right now? How can we work with that constructively? And how can we apply that to our lives in a way that adds some tools into our mental health toolbox and supports our well-being? And then we will look at creative prompts to integrate and work with the energy this week. So this week feels like a really strong integrating phase for all of us, and that it's also connected to our inner knowing energy where things aren't meant to be pushed but allowed. The big word that was coming through for the energy week is settling, as in things sifting and settling around us. And I don't know if you remember these. When I was a kid, they used to have these really fun glitter jars. They probably still sell some version of them out there. And what was in the jar was some sort of fancy glass jar, depending on whether you made it yourself or purchased one somewhere. I did both. I really loved these. And in the jars, there would be glitter and sand and maybe little figurines and seashells and these different kinds of landscapes. And then the fun was you'd shake it up and watch everything sift and float around and watch it slowly settle back down to the bottom and see what kinds of patterns and landscapes emerge from that. And that's the metaphor for the energy this week. This is a settling kind of energy, like when you shake up one of those jars filled with sand and glitter, or maybe a snow globe kind of situation, and everything is swirling, it's suspended, it might look momentarily chaotic, but slowly the pieces begin to fall layer by layer, particle by particle, and it doesn't return to what it was before, but it rearranges itself into something new. That's the energy that's happening this week. As if all these big energies that have been swirling, we've had a lot of chaos energy the last few weeks that the records have been bringing up. We've had a lot in our personal lives and the pattern around us and the larger landscape of the world right now, and it has been moving and going through all sorts of shifts and changes. And this feels like the week where things start to settle, at least on a personal level for many of us. There's a quiet integration that's happening right now and a subtle reorganization that's happening beneath the surface. So some of this might feel very nuanced at the moment. It might feel like there's these layers of consciousness, layers of your awareness, different layers of some of the aspects in your life that are starting to rearrange and settle into place. So you might not be actively doing much, but that doesn't mean that something isn't happening. Oftentimes, this kind of integrative energy is when some of the most profound shifts are taking place and we are working with what's changed, making sense of it in our subconscious and in our psyche and in our observer's mind and our heart's mind. And oftentimes that is when a deeper sense of integration and feeling like we've caught life up to where we are now begins to emerge. So I suspect that's what we're going to be seeing as we're moving into April. But for now, we're in this settling integrative phase. Things are finding their place within our thoughts, within our emotions, within our sense of self. There's a lot happening with retrograde energy shifting. And I don't know the exact dates, but I know that there's this time period where all the planets are going to be direct right now. I keep seeing with all the astrological transits, with Aerie season beginning, that there's a lot of that new fire energy and momentum coming through. And as we've been talking about on here, that might not feel like you're taking off at a gallop just because it's the year of the fire horse doesn't necessarily mean that it's going to happen right away. So if things are coming in bits and pieces and a slow spurt and slower growth or slower momentum, this week would add to that and suggest that as all these planets and all these transits have opened up space, you will have a better sense of where did you land on the other side of things, where are you now? And that there might still be some of that evaluation, sifting, sorting, reflection energy that's happening. And that whatever is felt stirred up recently in your life, whether that has been change, insight, challenge, growth, whatever is happening, however, it's translating to your personal journey, it's now beginning to settle into a new pattern of understanding. So something that has been settling and sifting for me is I mentioned on the podcast that I was working on an Oracle deck a while back. And recently is when I've really landed with that and started to ground it. So I am excited to start weaving into the podcast card messages from my upcoming deck, which is tentatively called the Jewelry Box Oracle. I do not yet have a publication date, but hopefully it is something that I can figure out a pathway for within the next six months to a year. So here's where you will hear all the updates first. But for now, I have my cards, I've got the drafts of them, I've got the names, and I have a guidebook. And I'm just so excited to be able to start weaving in these messages and using them to support the Akashic messages coming through in the podcast. I've often found with so many of these energies that there are certain patterns and themes that begin to emerge. There's archetypal themes that we start to see. And so a lot of the messages in this deck beautifully dovetail into many of the messages that the Akashic gives us week to week. And this week, as I was intuitively feeling into what card to share, the card that came through is patience with the process. And this is all a card about trusting that whatever is happening beneath the surface in our lives is happening. And it's aligning and it's helping recalibrate us and move us in a more aligned direction, even if we can't necessarily see it. We are invited this week to come more deeply into trust, to trust the timing that is happening and unfolding in our life, and to know that organic growth is happening. And just because we can't see it doesn't mean that it's not there. Growth unfolds in its own timing. And so we can trust the quiet, unseen processes that are shaping our becoming. And I want to share an excerpt from the guidebook, my guidebook, how fun is it to get to start sharing this on here? And it is the invitation of this card. Every card will come with some sort of an essence and a message, and then there's an invitation. Like, how do we take in and apply it? So the invitation for patience with the process is there is more happening than you can see. Beneath the surface, roots are forming, connections are strengthening, understanding is quietly deepening. This card invites you to release urgency and soften into trusting process over outcome. Growth is not always visible, and yet it is always happening. Let yourself move at the pace as something natural, not forced, not hurried, but true. And our reflection question is what becomes easier when you allow yourself to trust the timing? So, from a psychological perspective and how we might apply this to support our mental well-being, we're really working with the idea of allowing for integration this week, allowing for things to settle without having to force clarity, without jumping the gun and having to interpret something before it's time. Things are still gelling and meshing into place. And so that patience piece and focusing on giving ourselves permission not to know is going to feel really important this week. This is a time where we might start to have new insight, emotional movement. We might feel called to change, but we also might not have the complete picture of what that looks like yet. So let all of this come to you in thought bubbles and fragments and these little rushes of knowing that also are balanced out, that you don't have to know the whole picture. You don't have to time hop and see the next six months in order to sink into whatever it is that's coming through for you right now. It's okay to take things one little piece at a time and keep patchworking together a bigger picture of how things are sorting out in your life right now. When we don't allow our space to integrate, we rush ahead and we really get ahead of ourselves. We put the cart before the horse, so to speak. And in that space, we often rush into something or feel pressured to make a decision that we might not be ready for. So this week, if things feel slower or quieter, if they feel a little bit less clear, that's not a problem. That doesn't mean you're not getting it or not paying attention. That is just integration that is doing its work. So one of the things that we can do right now to work with that is to keep normalizing the in-between phase to ourselves and to remind ourselves that it's normal not to know. That when we are building a bridge from one way of being to another, in that bridge space, in that transitory space, oftentimes things feel a little hazy and they feel a little uncertain. I don't know if I've ever talked to anybody who loves this phase and who finds it really exciting. I think the mind wants certainty. That is normal for us. We usually want the absolute of what's coming next, or at least enough information of how long is this going to take or what is it gonna look like. We want to be able to plan. And yet the nervous system, our hearts, our emotional processing system, they're still integrating. And oftentimes, whatever truths are arising in our soul, and whatever is coming up from what I think of as our deeper self into our consciousness, it's just not fully time yet. Sometimes our timing is thinking with other events happening around us, and those things haven't fully come into fruition yet. So we are asked to wait. So there's a lot of reasons that we might be in a space of unknowing. And that space of being in between is very normal. It doesn't mean that we're broken, it doesn't mean that we're behind. We don't need to put unnecessary pressure on ourselves to act before it's time. It just means that more information is coming in and we don't need to make every decision right now. Clarity often comes after integration, not before. So we have to allow space for the process to unfold. Good questions to check in with yourself for emotional awareness is where might you be trying to rush clarity? Where might you be trying to rush an answer or a process and it's not time? And what feels like it might be settling into you right now, what is still sifting and drifting and moving around, and you can feel it kind of sinking in and you're getting a clearer sense, but you're not fully there yet. And if you get into a place where the mind gets really anxious because you feel a need to know and things are feeling unclear, and sometimes we get a lot of anxiety from that or racing thoughts, or we find ourselves needing to figure it out. Try and do something that anchors you back into you. Focus on your breath. You can look outside and observe the sky. What color is the sky? What is the temperature right now? What is happening in nature outside of you? That grounding practice of connecting to something constant and consistent that's not the racing thoughts in our mind oftentimes will help bring us back into our hearts and bring us back into our center and anchor into grounding at a time that we need it. Integration requires safety and space. So our guidance this week is to give ourselves that space. And if you want a fun creative prompt for this week, I personally am so ready now to make a glitter jar and to put together whatever I can find in the household with like bouncy balls and little plastic figurines if I can find them and glitter and maybe a little bit of food color or something to make the water pink. But a metaphor creative prompt is to imagine your inner world as a glitter jar and ask yourself and journal about or make art about what's still swirling inside of you? What is still moving around and perhaps drifting and sifting right now? What's beginning to settle? What feels like it's starting to anchor in a little bit more? And what new pattern is emerging for you at this time? And you are welcome to build a jar, to use that as a journaling prompt and get creative to actually draw that out somehow and use colors to represent different aspects of self. You can always take these prompts and make them your own. I am a journaler. So to me, I'm looking at this and I'm thinking this feels like a really fun writing prompt or like something that I actually might draw out in my journal and then write little keywords or phrases or something like that to help me better understand my own process at this time. And no matter how you identify creatively, we all have a creative heart inside of us. We all have that part of ourselves that desires to know ourselves more fully and something in us that calls us to use our personal artistry and find fun, playful, expressive ways to make sense of our inner worlds and use our creativity as a process that helps us integrate. So this week, if you find yourself wanting to push forward, just notice that. Be an observer of your own process and see if you can find that observer's mind of just paying attention to, oh, look, I'm really trying to rush right now. And then gently ask yourself, what if nothing needs to be forced right now? What if things are already rearranging in a way that I can't fully see? What if I can trust that process? What if I am exactly where I need to be? You don't need to rush your process of becoming. Remember, sometimes the most important things are happening quietly under the surface in these very subtle, nuanced ways. And if we just allow ourselves space to process, we will find that on their own accord, things settle into being. Thank you so much for joining me on the podcast today. I will be back next week with a new Your Heart Magic episode. In the meantime, as always, have a beautiful week and be well, be love, be you, and be magic.
