SPEAKER_00Aloha, everybody. Welcome to Your Heart Magic. This is Dr. Bethane Kapansky Wright. And this week we have an energy update from the Akashic Records. We're also weaving in some astrology insights from April. And we are going to be pulling an oracle card to go with the message and looking at some mental health tools to help ground the energy and apply it to our lives. And then we have a fun creative prompt. So with that, let's dive into the message for the first week of April. This week feels like it carries a very quiet and beautiful energy, which actually feels really powerful. It feels like a moment of receptivity, of receiving before we're preparing to move forward. And I want you to picture that you are standing below the full moon, which some of us might have done, depending on where we live in the world and if we had access to go stand outside under the full moon. And that in that moment you are just receiving from the moonlight, almost as if some magical transmission or magical power was taking place, something that you can feel inside of you, and you might not be able to articulate it, but it's like the moon is helping pour her magic into you and it's strengthening you and empowering you. And in that moment, you receive it. You soften and you allow, you let the moonlight work its alchemy with whatever you need in your life at this time. And as you leave, you realize that you feel really empowered and emboldened to start moving ahead with more intention and more purpose and more of a sense of alignment and power. And that is the image that came through in the Akashic to anchor this week's energy. It feels like a moment of blessing before preparation for action. And that image that came through as somebody standing under the light of the moon, it wasn't just that the light was illuminating them. It was like we're being fed this week, we're being blessed, we're being strengthened, and that there's a replenishment available right now to something in us that might have felt tired or stretched or uncertain. And then from that place, we are moving into alignment and feeling more resourced to move forward. Astrologically, this ties in so incredibly beautifully with the Libra full moon energy that is happening right at the beginning of April. Libra itself is all about reflection, relationship awareness, harmony, and balance. When we think about being in harmony with ourselves and we think about being in balance, the invitation for this full moon is to help us see areas that we might have been overgiving or overextending or losing ourselves in the process of holding everything together. So this full moon isn't just revealing that, but it's offering us restoration at this time. And what I love about this full moon is it doesn't feel like we're being restored in a way that we're going to be chilling out for a long time and camping out and just recouping. It feels like it's something that happens in a really potent, powerful way and that it's preparing us for action because April is Aries season. There's a lot of Aries fire energy going on. We have a new moon that's coming up the third week of April. And so there will be a sense as we move into the month that there is more movement and more momentum, more forward direction. So this week feels like a threshold, a moment of receiving what we need so we can move forward from a more stronger aligned place. And I feel like there's a quiet question in this energy for all of us. And it is can we allow ourselves to receive before we ask ourselves to act? So the energy right now feels like both a blessing and a preparation. And I pulled an Oracle card to go with this from my deck. It's so exciting and fun to say that. So the essence of a purpose in the pattern is there is meaning within what you've experienced. Trust that what is unfolding is shaping something intentional within you. And our card messages, not everything you've walked through was meant to be understood in the moment. Some experiences arrive as fragments or pieces that don't seem to fit together right away. But now something is beginning to reveal itself. Threads are connecting, meaning is surfacing, a deeper understanding is quietly forming beneath the surface. You are not starting from nothing, you are moving forward from everything you have lived. Let yourself receive the wisdom of where you've been, not as something to fix or resolve, but as something that has shaped you. And the invitation from this card is that we are invited to soften our grip on needing immediate clarity, and instead ask, what if there is a deeper pattern here that I am just beginning to see? We don't need the full picture yet, but we are being guided. And something within us already knows how to move forward. Our reflection question with the card is what feels different now that I couldn't see or access before? That also feels like a beautiful journaling prompt, especially now that we are in the second quarter of the year. What do you know now that you didn't know back in January? What are you able to see or tap into in your life that you now have access to, that you might not have been able to access even three months back, definitely six months back. And as I was sitting with the energy of this card, it feels so aligned because this card is not about moving forward quickly. It's about recognizing that where we've been has been preparing us for where we're going next. So let's talk about mental health toolbox, some tools and perspectives that might help us to apply this message and use it in a practical way for our well-being. From a psychological perspective, this week sits right at the intersection of integration and activation. So we're coming out of a reflective place. Last week was all about integrating in the weekly message, and we're moving into a more active one, especially as the month progresses. And usually what happens here for people is that they like to skip the stage of receptivity and jump right into action and feeling like you should be taking off. So right now, the work actually is to allow yourself to pause and be resourced first. You don't have to feel like you have to run in or rush in or take off at a gallop just because it's a full moon or it's airy season. You are allowed to receive this week and to prepare and to gather yourself and gather your resources. So when we talk about receiving before action, ask yourself right now, what do I need right now to feel supported, steady, or nourished? And this could be rest, validation, space, or clarity. Maybe you need emotional processing because when we move forward without taking time to pause first, we often feel depleted as we go into the next chapter. It's like being so excited about something that you skip your sleep cycle or shortcut your sleep for too many nights in a row. And then you finally go there and get to do the thing you've been so excited about, and you're exhausted because you didn't take the time first to get the rest that you needed to be prepared in the moment so that you could enjoy it and receive it. And that's what this week feels like. It is normal to have a sense of pause before momentum. And when we go to that place of feeling like I should be moving, I should be doing something more, I should be taking off already. It's actually part of the process. It's not a delay to receive or to rest. It's preparation and it's a necessary part of the path. So tying in that invitation from the Libra full moon, you might ask yourself this week, where have you been overgiving or overextending? What is being restored in you right now? And what feels different as you begin to look ahead? And if you have a sense of uncertainty or a sense of being in transition where you feel kind of caught between worlds or not quite yourself, then anytime you bring yourself back to a grounding practice, like focusing on your breath, focusing on something in your immediate environment, focusing on something in nature, putting your hand on your heart and saying, I'm allowed to move forward at a supported pace. It helps you anchor into your center and bring you back into the moment. This is the moment where our nervous systems are shifting from reflecting into action. So the more supported that transition is, the more we give ourselves permission to be in the transition and to allow for the juxtaposition of feelings that might come from that, the more sustainable and I think the more fun our forward momentum becomes. But it is what came through when I tapped into the energy. I called our creative prompt moonlight nourishment. And I just want you to take a moment this week and close your eyes and imagine that you are standing under the full moon and that the light is pouring down into you. And instead of just lighting your path and illuminating the space around you, I want you to imagine that it's filling you. And if you want to take this a step forward, you might even imagine that it is not only filling you, but it's working its magic in your nervous system. So whatever you need right now, whatever needs to be strengthened or resourced or nourished or supported, it just intuitively knows. And it is gently helping with those things and gently helping fill you back up. And you can ask yourself the reflection question: what is this light giving me right now? And think about the areas where you feel you could use some healing or empowerment or a little bit of a boost. And then asking yourself from this place of being more replenished and restored and strengthened, what feels like your next gentle step forward? What do you sense is calling you? Not with urgency, but just the direction you feel like you might be moving next. A really simple journaling prompt to go with this is what am I receiving right now that is helping me move forward? So overall, this week is not asking us to rush. It's asking us to receive and to allow ourselves to be supported before we're asked to expand. And I do feel that expansion is coming later this month. And right now, it's about receiving so that as we move forward, we're coming from a place where we feel stronger and more nourished and really ready to take that next step, whatever is calling to each of us. So if you feel yourself wanting to move quickly this week or feeling like you should be moving quickly, but you're not quite doing enough, go on ahead and pause and just ask yourself, what if I let myself be nourished first?
