Aloha, everybody. Welcome to Your Heart Magic. This is Dr. Bethane Kapansky Wright. And today we have an energy update for the week ahead where we will talk about some of the Akashic energy and astrological transits. We will be looking at mental health perspectives and tools for grounding the wisdom into us. I have an Oracle card pool that I'll be doing as well to support today's message and a really fun creative prompt. But first, a little bit of storytelling to help illustrate and introduce the energy this week. As most of you know who have been listening to this, I have been working on my own Oracle deck. And this is not an announcement on the update to what's coming next with that. It is still very much a work in progress. But what I wanted to share is the behind the scenes that when I started working on this, it really began with a thread. I actually woke up one time. This is back in 2022, and it was probably around like 12 a.m. or something like that. I just remember it was the middle of the night. And I had this picture in my mind where I saw cards with really fun gemstones on them and kind of sparkly fun artwork. And I had a sense of these cards being like a jewelry box, something that if you were to open up a treasure chest or open up a box, I guess, of jewelry and dig around in it, you might pull out these little gems and be delighted at what you found. I think at the time I had this idea that if you've ever gone to a vintage store or an antique store, or maybe going through a family member's antique collection. And as a little kid, maybe you even pull something out and it's sparkly and delightful and speaks to something in your heart. And that was the point that I got out of bed and I went and got my computer and I sat down and opened up Canva and I started creating. And I started working on the art for this Oracle deck, which is these fun jewels to go with this idea of the jewelry box. And as I was doing that, I already knew that I had a binder filled with messages and different writings and musings that I done that I had really brought through in my alone time, my solitude, my spirit time, my heart space during my first few years on the island. And I thought, oh, that's what these messages are for. They're meant to be paired with these cards. And there are Oracle cards in this. And that's how the deck began. I had thought about it for a long time before ever taking a step to doing it, and certainly have a lot of ideas on different decks I'd like to do. I would love to do a whole line of these future goals, but we all have to start somewhere. And at the time, that is how this oracle began. And over the years, I've put it aside and almost forgotten about it and then felt drawn to come back to it. And it was only recently, over the course of the last nine months, that I really felt it speak to my heart again and started setting some deadlines and little goals for me. So I would follow through on it. And I kind of have an idea of next steps, what I might like it to look like, where I think I want to try and submit it. I'm not sure if it will be accepted for publishing or if it's something that I might end up doing by myself and self-publishing. So stay tuned for all of that. I will keep you posted as I know. But what I wanted to share with this illustration so far is that this has been a journey of just taking the next step and feeling called to move my energy and create something, even though I haven't been entirely sure what the finished product will look like. I certainly know more now than I did back in February of 2022, is when that happened and I first had that vision. But I don't know what it will look like a year from now and when, how, where it might be published, and what the finalized version will look like. But I know it's right for me to do this work. I feel it inside of me, and I feel a call and a pool and being lit up every time I engage with it. And I think that feeling of knowing something is right or feeling called to take a step, even when we can't see the full path, is exactly what came through in the Akashic records this week for the energy. This week's energy feels like a continuation, but also a deepening of what's been building throughout the month of April. Last week was all about movement and momentum, a sense of things beginning to shift, maybe new breakthrough or clarity came through for you. Perhaps it was just that next right step or seeing something that you are being called to step into on the path. And this is the week that we're being invited to trust the movement. And the message from the Akashic Records is be led by the path before you. Trust your instincts, trust the direction you are heading. Even if you don't yet see how everything fits together, there is a sense from the records that many of us are moving into new territory, new ways of being, new ways of making decisions, that we are moving and being and receiving and doing things differently than where we've been. And so, because of that, things may feel both familiar yet also unfamiliar at the same time because we are drawing on everything we've known before, but we are also doing things differently now. So for many of us, this might feel like we have half the puzzle or have more pieces in place than we did six months or a year ago. And that might feel really good. We have been building on something and trusting in something, and yet there's all these unknowns that have yet to come through. And we are being asked to trust that. We are being asked to trust this dance of doing things the old way and then the new way and going back and forth between these different ways of being, where part of us might feel like, I know how to do this, I've got this, I can draw on previous experience to inform what I'm doing now. And another part of ourselves might feel like I'm not entirely sure where this is leading, I don't know where this is going. I don't even know if I'm stepping in the right direction. Is it safe to trust? And both of these ways are being or true. It's not about right or wrong or choosing one way over the other, but integrating them and trusting the path, trusting what we're building and trusting the next step. So the core invitation this week is about learning how to trust ourselves in the in-between space and trust our instincts and our inner guidance and the subtle pull toward what feels right, even when the outcome is still forming. And as I'm sharing all of this, I'm just being reminded really spontaneously that the overarching message from the Akashic for the second quarter of 2026 was about exactly this. It was about being in this transition space where we're no longer where we once were. We can feel that we're building something and we're making movement, but we're not entirely there yet. And so those feelings of uncertainty or being in the no man's land, in-between space, being in limbo, all of that might be showing up for us. Weaving in the astrology of all of this, it is now Taurus season. And so the shift aligns with Taurus season. Aries was this very intense fire energy. It felt like a culmination last week with all this movement and a lot of passion and creativity and ideas of what we could do. And Taurus is an earth sign. So it brings us back into the body, it brings us back into the present moment, and it brings us back into what is steady and real. And so Taurus asks us to work with the material world, the external world around us, and to slow down to feel into what's actually here, where are our roots, where are we grounded right now, where exactly are we in the present moment? And then begin to live inside of what we've been building. So where Aries likes to get way ahead of itself, and that can be both positive and challenging, and have all this like rocket fire energy that kind of launches us into the possibility of what could be. Taurus asks us just to anchor into the right now and to embody the moment that we're in in all of the discomfort and uncertainty, and also in all the knowing and everything that we can appreciate that got us to this point. And so we've been moving through that new moon in Aries energy. And again, that was what did you initiate during the season? What did you say yes to? What has begun to move in your life? And now all of that is asking to be integrated and embodied. So we're not just thinking about it, we're not just envisioning it, but we're just being asked to be with it and live it right now. And alongside this grounding energy, expansion is continuing to happen. There is a big transit happening right now. Uranus is shifting into Gemini. And I believe that's a transit where Uranus only changes signs about every seven years, and it hangs out in the same sign for about seven years. And so Uranus is moving out of this very earth-based energy. It's been in Taurus for the last seven years, which is an interesting conjunction. Uranus is about doing things differently. It can call for personal rebellion and to think outside of the box and to be a little bit of a heart rubble. That's how I think of Uranus, because a lot of times what it is helping us move towards is creating a vision in our life where we do things differently. But oftentimes it's in service to a higher idea or the collective or something that furthers more than just ourselves along. It's a way that we might offer up our life path or have our life path intersect with the communities and the collective around us and do something that's really for the greater good. So I like to think about this as Uranus, as the heart rebel who just marches to the beat of their own drum and is really comfortable saying, oh, everybody else is doing it this way. Yeah, I think I'm gonna go over here and I'm gonna challenge that and I'm gonna do it differently. But what's interesting is Taurus is very slow-moving energy. It's earth energy. It can be a little bit of plotting energy sometimes. It asks us to do things slowly. And so we've had this interesting pairing the last seven years of these kind of contradictory energies where Uranus wants to break out and break free and do it differently. And Taurus asks us to slow down and ground in and root in and can sometimes be slow to move. So, depending on where that falls in your chart, it's not been the most comfortable transit for a lot of people. But as it moves into Gemini, new movement is coming in. And Gemini is about air and thought and perspective. And so Uranus shifting into Gemini opens us up to new ideas, new perspectives, new ways of thinking. Some of that new cognition and new thought might encourage us and inspire us to move or to act differently over the next seven years. But all of that usually begins in the mind and with that Gemini air energy of how we are looking at the world around us, what our perspectives and understanding are, how we might look at others and our relationships with others. Gemini is a very social sign. It's also about communication and our speech and how we self-express and then how we might feel called to do things differently in our relationships with others and our relationship with ourselves. So this week holds this very unique combination where we are being deeply grounded while also being gently led into something new. And the invitation becomes can I trust the direction I'm being led even if I don't fully understand it yet? Can I embody this moment and move with whatever this moment is calling me to do and stay curious about what is to come? I have an oracle card to share this week from my future deck that aligns with this energy. And the card is become your dream. And this is a card about embodiment, expression, and living your truth. And the essence of this card says that you are not just here to imagine your life, you are here to live it. And the message from the card says there comes a moment when growth asks something more of you. Not more effort, not more striving, but more presence, more embodiment, more willingness to live as the version of yourself you've been becoming. This is that moment. You don't need to wait for full clarity, you don't need to have everything mapped out. You are allowed to begin from where you are now. And our invitation from the card is what would it feel like to trust where I'm being led and take one step from that place? And this card feels so aligned with this week because this isn't about figuring everything out before you begin. It's about trusting the path as you walk it and trusting that as we take that next right step, the ground will rise up to meet us there. And through our act of faith, through our act of trust, we create the step that comes after that. So from a psychological perspective, this week sits in a really important space, and it's the space between control and trust. So you may feel both grounded and uncertain, both confident and questioning, both in charge and also letting go. And that's not a problem. That's actually the work. That is the tension and the friction we're all being asked to drop into and to find acceptance and grounding there. So we can start with normalizing the in-between because growth often looks like knowing how to take the next step without knowing where the whole path leads. It's amazing to me how much we want the blueprint. I still want the blueprint. I understand that even as I keep learning to trust, I'm always curious about what's next and what's coming. And if I was just certain, of course I'd know how to step more confidently. And that is not why we are here as humans having this spiritual journey. We are here to learn how to trust, here to learn how to listen to what's inside of us, move our energy, take the step however we feel called, and have a little bit of faith in the process. That's how we work with both our logic and our intuition. It's how we work with both control and also letting go. So when we feel that way and we're in that space where we're taking a step, but we don't know where it's going, it doesn't mean we're lost. It means we're growing. We can also trust our internal signals. And instead of asking what's the right decision, we can try what feels steady right now, even if it feels unfamiliar. Or you might ask yourself what feels right or what feels most right, even if I'm not entirely sure. Because often when our intuition speaks, it is quiet. It also tends to be grounded. And it also tends to be gently persistent, where we just keep coming back to the same thought or idea or action step again and again. And it could be very simple, but there's a consistency that often comes from our intuitive process when we can get into our hearts and really listen to our inner voice, but it's never loud or urgent, and it's never fear-based. There's a groundedness and a calm to it, usually. We can also allow for new ways of being and normalize allowing for new ways of being. We're not meant to respond to life in the same way that we always have. We're not meant to use our old map of self to navigate the new territory that we're moving through. We are meant to take that map and maybe extract what we've learned to help us navigate with a little bit more confidence or a little bit more skill. But we are also meant to give ourselves permission that there are some things we just don't know and we're going to need to grow into. So if you feel drawn to doing things differently, are ready to shift a pattern, or like you are opening to something new, you can trust that. You don't have to force change. You do not have to force an interpretation and figure out what all of it means. These things are just happening of their own accord. Change is happening. And the interpretation will come over time through just living this new path and seeing what comes through and having a bigger arc of space and time and experience to reflect on to make more meaning out of it at a later date. So this week is about integrating self-trust with embodied presence while also allowing growth to unfold in real time. Our creative prompt this week is really a reflection prompt and a journaling prompt. And so to take this message a little deeper into your own process, you might reflect on where in your life do you feel guided right now, even if you don't fully understand why? This is a fun question to ask yourself and to really look at whether it's a big external change or whether you feel something is shifting in you or shifting in your inner world. Where are you being guided, even if you don't have the full picture of it? And then what feels different to how you're approaching things now? What is your new understanding of where you're at? And do you feel differently inwardly? Is there anything that you can notice as a shift in you? And then asking yourself as well, what would it look like to trust this direction and take one step forward? How does that translate for you in a practical way? So some open-ended journaling prompts that you might write about might be I am learning to trust, fill in the blank with whatever it is. I feel drawn toward dot dot dot. And even though I don't know the full path, I can and write how you wish to work with the path. I love doing this and writing about who I wish to become or how I wish to navigate something. I feel like when I am in a space in life where I feel uncertain, I can at least sit in my journal and I can write about like I want to move in this time of my life with acceptance and faith and keep learning to trust my heart. And it's my way of kind of pointing my heart in the direction I want to go and reminding myself of what still feels real to me, what values I might hold dear, even if I have no idea what's coming next. So this week is not about forcing direction or figuring everything out. It's about the recognition that you are already being led step by step and choice by choice and moment by moment. You don't need the full picture. You just need to stay connected to yourself because the path isn't something you have to create from scratch. You are not starting from base camp or ground zero. The path is something that is already unfolding, and you are learning how to trust it. Thank you so much for joining me on the podcast today. I will be back next week with a new Your Heart Magic. I am wishing everyone a wonderful start to Taurus. And a grounded week of presence and trust. And as always, be well, be love, be you, and be magic.
