This week’s energy carries the feeling of movement returning.

The Akashic Records described this coming week through the imagery of:
 ✨ a bird taking flight
✨ and a plane lifting off the runway

There is a sense that things are beginning to gather momentum now:
ideas, plans, creativity, conversations, and new possibilities beginning to coalesce in supportive ways.

Not necessarily full arrival.
Not yet full cruising altitude.

But lift.

This episode explores:
🌿 the energetic shift into Gemini season
🌿 the return of curiosity, communication, and possibility
🌿 the emotional experience of beginning to move forward after a long threshold season
🌿 an oracle message from The Jewelry Box Oracle
🌿 psychological tools for flexibility, adaptability, and cognitive openness
🌿 journaling and creative prompts to help you follow what feels alive

Gemini season reminds us that we are allowed to evolve.

We are allowed to:
 ✨ explore new pathways
 ✨ hold multiple perspectives
 ✨ remain curious
✨ and become something new without needing every step perfectly mapped out in advance.

This week’s invitation is simple:

Stay open to what is beginning to lift.

Aloha, everybody. Welcome to Your Heart Magic. This is Dr. Bethane Kapansky Wright. And we have a new energy update for the podcast today. And as always, we will be talking about what's the energy right now, how does that tie in with what's happening astrologically, looking at a creative prompt, an oracle card reading, a few psychological perspectives, and bundling all of that with the essence of creativity and heart magic. So thank you so much for joining

The Oracle Deck Creative Roadblock

me. And as I was thinking about how to open today's episode and share a personal reflection before diving into the energy, something that I have been talking a lot about on the podcast is my Oracle card deck and how I've been working on making my own deck. And it's been an interesting process because it's happened in these spurts and waves where an initial inspiration hits and I'll get a lot done at once and perhaps follow that thread through until I've completed whatever phase I might be in at that particular time. And then it's kind of like a stillness of what's next. This deck hasn't necessarily been linear, where I followed a specific timeline and trajectory that's been really concrete or rigid. It's been very fluid. And it was more that I had the initial idea for the deck. And then it actually was dormant for a while while life was just doing its life thing and re-emerged probably this time last year or so. And I started stirring in me again to finish the deck. And I'd set this idea that I would have a draft by Winter Solstice. And then I would have a draft of the guidebook by Equinox in the springtime. And my initial idea was okay, working with that for summer solstice, maybe I'll put a proposal together and send it off to the particular place I'm thinking of perhaps submitting to for possible publication. And that's not really what's happened at this point. I don't necessarily see myself making that timeline because life is doing its life thing. But I am trying to stay on track with it. And part of what I ran into as a creative roadblock is I have a draft of the guidebook that needs polishing, but I've got something. I've been able to share that on the podcast each week when we pull a card a week, which has been really fun. And I have a draft of the cards. And I had made the cards originally in Canva and use a lot of the symbols and icons and everything in there. And that for me right now, that feels good enough if I was self-publishing the deck. But as I thought about expanding beyond that and doing something where I reach out to a different publisher, I started to question the art itself and wonder if it was original enough. And it would be easy to chalk that up as self-doubt. It's great the way it is now. If I were to self-publish this deck and hand it out, I think people would probably find it delightful and thoughtful and whimsical. But I'm looking at reaching beyond that and the originality of the art and using something that's self-created and not necessarily using artistic elements that other artists and creatives can access from that online place is really speaking to me. So I started rethinking the art this last weekend for my proposal. And I realized that I have a whole sampling of art that I had used for a possible Oracle card deck years ago at the time COVID was going on. And I put a proposal together and sent it out to a company that's no longer accepting submissions. They have been closed since COVID. I didn't know that. And so I submitted this proposal with the art and immediately got a we're not accepting anything new right now. Please keep checking back. But they've never reopened it up for submissions. So I have artwork sitting there that is in a box under my desk. It's not been touched for about four or five years, and it is begging to, I think, be recreated and made into something else and rework the pieces and do something with it. And so I felt this weekend the stirring of an idea of seeing my deck even more cohesively and realizing that I might not need to create everything from scratch. I am probably able to work with what I have if I want to put together some samples for the cards from my own handiwork and my own design are guaranteed to be original because I have painted and drawn and watercolored all of it myself. So there was this sense of seeing the threads of something come together. And even though I have some work to do, I see perhaps what my next step is, which will be spending this weekend besting out my art box, seeing what I actually have and seeing what ideas might come through.

Rediscovering Old Art As A Key

And this idea of something coming together or a lifting in energy, seeing things more clearly really taps into the message this week that we were given by the Akashic Records, because this week's energy feels lighter. It feels like there is movement returning. And it's not necessarily full arrival, it's not necessarily full certainty, it's not necessarily a cruising altitude if you were to be taking off in a plane and hitting that sweet spot where you're just cruising in the sky. It's not that, but it's more of the lifting. It is the taking flight, it's the taking off. It's the feeling that something is beginning to rise. And that's exactly the metaphor that we were given by the Akashic Records this week. The records describe this week through the imagery of either a bird taking flight or a plane that was lifting off of the runway. And there is a feeling that some things are beginning to take shape and gather momentum. So we might see ideas, plans, conversations, creative visions, or new possibilities start to move and start to flow. It feels like pieces are beginning to come together in ways that support forward movement. And what stood out really strongly in the records was the feeling of lifting, being uplifted, expansion, and a sense of renewed momentum, not forced movement and not pressure, but a natural rising, as if something within each of us or within our lives and circumstances is finally beginning to gather enough energy to leave the ground. So I'm loving the upward motion and the lightness of this message. And there is an important nuance here because the records were really clear that this might not yet be full clarity or full manifestation or the final destination. It is really more the energy of takeoff, of initial movement, and possibility gathering strength. So there's something hopeful about that, especially after the larger Akashic theme that we've been moving through this quarter, which has been the idea of a threshold and the space between what was and what will be, learning to remain present during transition and during uncertainty. So this week feels like a subtle shift from waiting within the threshold to beginning to move through it. And I don't know about you, but I am here for it and welcome that movement.

Astrologically, this aligns beautifully with the shift into Gemini season. At this point, the sun has now moved into Gemini, and Gemini season carries a very different energy than the slow grounding of Taurus season. Gemini is curious, communicative, mentally active, adaptable, exploratory. There's a quickness to that energy. It's a mutable air sign ruled by Mercury. And Mercury is the planet connected to communication, learning, writing, ideas, and language, connection and perspective. And because Gemini is mutable energy, it reminds us that life isn't fixed. Things evolve, perspectives change, new possibilities emerge. You might find that the art you thought you were going to use doesn't feel quite right anymore. And you rediscover the box of treasure waiting for you under your own desk, just asking to be reassembled into a new possibility. That is the movement this week. Gemini is the sign of the twins, and it's the sign of duality. So Gemini reminds us that we can hold multiple truths, we can hold multiple perspectives, and we can hold complexity and contradiction, that life is rarely black and white, and Gemini encourages us to be flexible mentally, emotionally, creatively, relationally, and to stay adaptive. So with this energy, you might notice that there's more ideas flowing in, a renewed sense of curiosity, possibly the desire to socialize or reconnect, an increase in mental stimulation, inspiration might be returning, conversations with others and new dialogues might open new pathways. It's really a beautiful season for journaling, brainstorming, writing, learning something new, exploring a creative possibility, and allowing yourself to experiment without needing everything perfectly mapped out. So the energy feels much more open right now. It feels dynamic and conversational and more exploratory. The invitation this week is not to rigidly define the future, it's to remain open enough to explore it, to allow ourselves to follow curiosity, follow inspiration, follow whatever feels alive without needing immediate certainty about where it will all lead. This week supports movement, communication, creativity, possibility, and emotional upliftment. There is movement in the air now, and some things are beginning to lift.

Gemini Season And Renewed Curiosity

The card that aligns with this week's energy is Let Yourself Be Quantum. I love the title of that card. There are many things I might change in this deck before I submit the final version, but I don't think that title is going to be one of them. Just the wording speaks to my heart. And key words that go with this card are expansion, curiosity, possibility, flexibility, new perspectives, and creative flow. And the essence is that you are not meant to stay confined to old definitions of yourself. There are new possibilities available now that may not have existed before. This card invites you to soften your grip on certainty and allow yourself to move with life rather than against it. You are allowed to evolve, shift perspectives, try new things, and explore new pathways without needing every outcome guaranteed in advance. There is wisdom in remaining open, and there is growth in allowing yourself to become. There is freedom in recognizing that you are not fixed. You are continually unfolding into new expressions of yourself. This card feels deeply aligned with Gemini season because Gemini reminds us that growth often begins with curiosity, openness, conversation, and the willingness to explore. And when you think of the idea of conversation, this could be conversations that you have with others. It could be conversations that you have with yourself or in your heart or in your spiritual journeying. So dialogues happen in a lot of ways when we expand our mindset around that. But no matter what's going on in this open exploratory energy, remembering that not everything needs to be fully decided today. Some things simply need room to breathe and

grow. Psychologically, this week supports cognitive flexibility, adaptivity, creative thinking, emotional openness. And these are deeply important skills during times of transition and growth. We have been talking about these skills every week on the podcast, and we're going to talk about them a little bit more. We are going to want to practice flexible thinking this week. And remember that when we become overly rigid, our nervous system can begin interpreting change as danger. So when we stay flexible, it allows us to adapt, to learn, to experiment, to try and play with things a little bit and see it through a playful lens and remain emotionally resilient. Instead of asking, what if this doesn't work? You might try. What else might be possible here? I also like the open-ended question of, hmm, so who isn't that curious? I wonder what will happen next. Something else we can do this week is follow curiosity instead of pressure. Curiosity is a much gentler and more sustainable guide than force. So notice what energizes you, what sparks inspiration, what creates movement within you. Another way of saying that is what lights you up. And remember that you don't have to force yourself into expansion. Expansion is already happening. Growth is happening all the time. Change is happening all the time. So if we lean into that and work with that, we can remember that growth often begins simply by following whatever feels alive and what feels curious to us and what lights our heart up. Something else we can do to stay grounded this week is to allow small momentum to matter. And remember that not every breakthrough arrives dramatically. Sometimes growth begins quietly. And we have been talking about this concept in recent weeks. Growth can be a seed. It could be a conversation that happens that later plant something and sprout something months down the line. It could be a new idea, a moment of hope, a small creative spark. Small movement still creates momentum. Those small wins and small gains and small insights and epiphanies, those tiny little micro pieces of change all count as growth. And the suite carries supportive energy for allowing that movement to build naturally. So this isn't about measuring growth according to anything. It's just looking for where seeds and growth and movement and momentum is already happening in your life.

Psychology Of Flexibility And Momentum

For our creative prompt and our journaling prompts, I'd like you to imagine yourself taking flight this week. And I like bringing in our imagination into this. I think it's good for us to practice being imaginative. I think it taps into our heart language and our creativity. So when you imagine yourself taking flight, you are welcome to give yourself whatever set of wings or whatever flying apparatus or levitation abilities you want in your imagining. And then just contemplating the questions, what is beginning to lift within you right now? What ideas and possibilities your dreams are asking for movement? What would it look like to allow yourself to explore new pathways with curiosity rather than pressure? You might journal on these following prompts. What feels alive and uplifting to me right now? Or if I trusted myself to evolve, what new possibilities might I begin exploring? So this week carries the energy of lift, the beginning of movement and the return of possibility. And while you might not yet see the full destination, you don't need to. Sometimes growth begins simply by allowing ourselves to leave the ground and to trust the movement, trust the unfolding, and trust that whatever is beginning to gather momentum now is doing so for a reason. We are not meant to remain exactly where we were. Life is asking each of us to move, to grow, to explore, to expand. We do not need to have the entire flight mapped out before allowing ourselves to take off. Or another way of putting that might be: you've grown new wings. Now go

use them. See where they take you without worrying about where you end up and where you land. The delight and the joy and the journey this week is in the possibility of lift and in the possibility of new flight. Have an amazing week, everyone. Happy Gemini season. I will be back next week with a New Your Heart Magic episode. And as always, be well, be love, be you, and be magic.
